Haha I haven’t asked. To be fair I didn’t make her show me this one. It is 31 min from the house, though the asking price of $40k wasn’t bad.

Every time I have to do anything to my house I curse the previous owner. The amount of stupidity in anything he did, and the amount of extra work he would do to save $5 was amazing. There were spots he had to have done hours of extra work to avoid using one extra board.
